Senior Night on Tuesday, February 2, was both a celebration and a statement for the Bonney Lake Panthers.
Entering the night 18–2 overall, ranked 42nd in the state, and sitting atop the division, Bonney Lake hosted the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles in the regular season finale. While the Eagles came in 10–9 overall and third in the division, the night belonged to the Panthers, and especially to senior Eli Davis, the lone senior on a team built on consistency, leadership, and grit.
Bonney Lake wasted no time setting the tone.

The Panthers came out with heavy pressure and pace, jumping to an early 10–2 lead behind a hot start from Keenan Perry, who knocked down a three and added a strong finish at the rim. Perry stayed aggressive throughout the quarter, scoring nine of his game-high 17 points in the opening frame. Davis followed closely, adding four first-quarter points, as the Panthers closed the quarter firmly in control, 17–8.
The second quarter saw Bonney Lake widen the gap.
Davis found his rhythm offensively, working inside and facilitating as the Panthers continued to get contributions across the floor. With strong play on both ends and unselfish ball movement, Bonney Lake pushed the lead to 25–16 and went into halftime up 39–24, firmly in control.
The third quarter turned the game into a showcase.

Cole Seminara opened the half with a deep three that ignited the crowd, then stayed hot, pouring in eight of his 17 points in the quarter. Moments later, Jace Andino took over in transition, scoring repeatedly on fast breaks while dazzling the crowd with creative passes and relentless pace. Andino added eight points in the quarter, and by the end of the third, Bonney Lake had blown the game open, leading 63–32.
With a commanding lead entering the fourth, the Panthers began rotating in fresh faces.

Robert Mosley IV, the last remaining starter on the floor, provided a final spark by knocking down back-to-back three-pointers. In the closing seconds, sophomore Kolsten Wolken capped Senior Night with a three of his own, bringing the final score to 75–45 and sending the home crowd into celebration.
Perry finished with 17 points, four assists, four steals, and two rebounds, while Seminara matched him with 17 points, adding six rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Davis closed his Senior Night with 14 points, six rebounds, and three assists, continuing to anchor the Panthers on both ends. Andino totaled 11 points, five assists, and four steals, setting the tempo throughout.
With the win, Bonney Lake finishes the regular season in first place and now turns its attention to postseason play. The Panthers host Puyallup Vikings on Thursday in the SPSL Tournament. A win would advance Bonney Lake to Saturday’s SPSL title game, followed by district play beginning February 14.
